Article marketing is perhaps an online advertiser’s dream come true. In capable hands, article marketing is a very effective promotional tool that doesn’t require a big budget to be successful. In some cases, it doesn’t even have to cost a thing. Your time and skills are the only things you need to have a successful article marketing campaign. Of course, a few helpful tips added to the mix can help, and for your convenience, here are six of them:

.) Create exciting and interesting titles for your articles. Many people judge an article on the title alone, so make sure that you can grab their attention with just the title.

.) Make sure your title, apart from being interesting, also has a keywords in it. Search engine algorithms put weight on article titles when determining what ranking your site should get in search results.

.) Your opening paragraph should state clearly what your article is about; at the same time, it should be interesting enough to sustain people’s attention until the end of the article.

.) In the body of your article, be direct to the point. Copies for article marketing are usually short (around 500 words) so make the most of the word count. Of course, you can write longer articles but make sure that the length is justified by the broadness of your topic.

.) When applicable, provide a conclusion that gives a good closure to the whole article. The conclusion must leave readers with a feeling of satisfaction over what they’ve just read, and a clamoring for more information related to the topic.

.) Fill your resource box with the necessary information readers will need if they want to know more. Put your name, a short description of what your business is about, and of course, a link to your business’s website.
